Ahoy! Hope you had a blessed three-day weekend, and that your second week thus far has been going swell!
Here are the announcements for the week:
1. General Body Meeting (1/19)
This week we will be welcoming Pastor John Shin from Good Stewards Church as he touches upon the topic of God’s righteousness and justice. Come out to CENTER 109 @8PM with an open heart and attentive minds as we learn more about His word!!
2. Joint CCM/KCM General Body Meeting (Week 3, 1/26)
Next week we will be holding a joint GBM with KCM in lieu of our usual CCM GBM. Join us as we worship and learn as one family (: More details (time and place) will be announced next week so check back to find out more!
3. GOSPEL NIGHT!!!!! (Week 5, 2/8)
Gospel Night is coming up soon! Gospel Night is a GBM in which we sing praises and have a guest speak about the good news of what Jesus Christ has done for us. So bring all your friends, believers and non-believers alike for a night of praise, learning, fellowship, and free food!!!
4. February Month of Prayer (February!!)
In our upcoming month of february, Core + Servant Team will be hosting a month of prayer in which we will be covering a wide variety of topics. There will be a giant calendar at our upcoming GBM with specific topics so be ready to sign up for a date! There will be fasting during your prayer day, finished with free food provided by your prayer leader! So be prepared to sign up for a prayer topic!!
5. Night Prayer (Wednesday, 1/18)
There will not be morning prayer this week ): but if you’ve got the time at night, come out to Sixth College Apartments C-5 (Located right next to Foodworx) @8PM for an encouraging time filled with prayer with your fellow brothers and sisters!
6. Campus EV
There will be no campus EV this week either ): ): Campus EV will be returning next Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday @12PM. Meet up at the Dr. Seuss Statue (located on the “third floor”of Geisel) for an amazing time of EV!
7. Outreach!!!
If you are interested in serving in outreach ministry, please contact our very own sister Cathy Shin for info and details on how you can do so!!
